Weekly Poetry and Wine
I’m a little late in posting this week’s tasting menu, but I’m not changing it this morning due to our Open House this weekend. The new one will be for Monday, though the notes won’t be available until I return Tuesday morning….

Walking along the craggy rocks that pepper the Maine coast,
as you pick ripe blueberries, the juice staining your fingers and lips

For the sportsman that hides in you, attempt to tame this ‘beast’ of a wine, with its smoked game, black pepper, and wild berries…before it slips away
