Happy Birthday, Doug

long-time friendsHere’s a quick and slightly belated birthday cheer for my friend and loyal reader, Doug. One of my oldest and dearest friends, we’ve made the long journey from wine coolers to good wine. He took me on my very first trip to wine country (Santa Barbara) years ago, arranged this this cool treat, was part of anamazing dinner out and this one in a haunted winery, and has already visited me at Rosenblum.

    aww… thanks farley… it was a nice surprise when i logged onto wineoutlook this morning… that trip to wine country was a first for both of us… i went up yesterday to santa barbara county and had a wonderful time, but am still waiting for you to come down so that we can go together again! hope to see you soon!
